1. Who we are

This website, fantasyduels.ai (the "Site"), is owned and operated by INVAI LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, Company ID HE 458964, with its registered address at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What this Site is

The Site is an informational and promotional website describing Live Duels, a live entertainment format available on the Swipey platform. The Site itself does not provide interactive services, user registration, purchases, subscriptions, streaming, chat, or any user-generated content. All interactive features described on the Site take place on the Swipey platform, which is governed by its own terms of service and policies.

3. Adults only (18+)

The Site presents adult-oriented (non-explicit) entertainment themes and is intended strictly for adults. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware, scraping at abusive rates, or attempting to bypass the age gate on behalf of minors; (c) frame, mirror, or republish the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or (d) use the Site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of any person.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, layouts, images, video, logos, and the "FantasyDuels" name and presentation, is owned by or licensed to INVAI LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Swipey" and related marks belong to their respective owner. Characters and personas shown on the Site are AI-generated and fictional; they do not depict real persons. You may view the Site for personal use only; no other license is granted.

7. Cookies, storage, and analytics

The Site does not set cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only data stored on your device is a single sessionStorage flag recording that you confirmed the age gate; it expires automatically when you close the browser tab. Outbound links to Swipey include UTM tags (for example utm_source and utm_content) so that Swipey can measure, in aggregate, that a visit originated from this Site. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Statistics, timers, and viewer counters shown on the Site are illustrative and promotional in nature and are presented for entertainment. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INVAI LTD and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INVAI LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
