1. Who is responsible for this website

This website, fantasyduels.ai (the "Site"), is operated by INVAI LTD, Company ID HE 458964, registered at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), INVAI LTD is the data controller for any personal data processed through the Site. Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

The Site is a static, informational page. It offers no accounts, logins, comment fields, contact forms, newsletters, or payment functions. We therefore do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or profile data through the Site.

3. Age gate and sessionStorage

When you confirm that you are 18 or older, the Site stores a single flag in your browser's sessionStorage (key "fd18"). This flag contains no personal information, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is deleted automatically by your browser when the tab or browser session ends. The Site sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, fingerprinting, or tracking pixels.

4. Hosting and server logs

Like virtually every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting/CDN provider that may process technical connection data (such as IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, and timestamp) in short-lived server logs for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. This processing is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure website. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

5. Outbound links and UTM analytics

Links from the Site to swipey.ai include UTM parameters (for example utm_source=fantasyduels.ai and a utm_content label identifying which button was clicked). These parameters describe the link itself, not you: they contain no personal data and no identifiers tied to your device. They allow the Swipey platform to measure, in aggregate, how many visits arrived from this Site. Once you land on swipey.ai or any other third-party website, that website's own privacy policy applies.

6. Third-party websites

The Site links to the Swipey platform and to related promotional sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit, in particular before creating an account or making a purchase on the Swipey platform.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection with respect to personal data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Cyprus: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia). Because the Site itself stores no personal data about you, most of these rights will in practice concern the hosting provider's short-lived technical logs. 8. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. California residents have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising their privacy rights. Since the Site does not collect personal information beyond the technical data described above, there is normally nothing to disclose or delete, but you may submit a request at any time to [email protected].

9. Data retention and security

We retain no visitor data ourselves. The sessionStorage age flag lives only in your browser and only for the duration of your session. Hosting-level logs are retained by the infrastructure provider for a short, standard period and are then deleted or anonymized. The Site is served over HTTPS.

10. Minors
